It is no l onger n ecessary to remove flasks an d tray , th en replace flasks to avo id carbon bui ld-up on heatin g element s, which is a pri m ary cause of ele m ent fai lu re.
4 INSTA LLA TION PROCEDURES FOR WW ELECTRIC BURNOUT FURNA CES 1) W13 and W14 Furnaces requir e 240V - 20 A mp dedicated power supply and a NEM A NO : 6-2 0 rece ptacle or you c a n wire i n direct with a br eaker b ox nea rby (US E A LI CENSED ELECTRICIA N).
5 INSTA LLAT IO N FOR WW COMPUTERIZED PROG RA MMERS WTNFII-1 0 & WTNFII-1 9 1) Be sure that y our programmer is the same voltage as your burnout furnace: WT NFI I-10 - 240 V WT NFI I-19 - 120 V Note - Do not plug in furnace or progr ammer at this time .

T he displa y m ay appear peculiar due to the c onstr uc tion of each cha racte r in the st andard LED display. Reading that app ear on the disp lay and their de scr iptions ar e as f ollows.

10 SA FETY RULE S The warranty on your WW Electri c Burnout Furnace and the WW Computer ized Progr ammer does not cover damage fr om overfiring, rega rdles s of the circ umstances. It is the operator's responsibil ity to make s ure that the furnace turns off at the end of the f iri ng.
11 PERM ANENT PROGR AM NO. 1 [ - EL - ] ( USED F OR WA X ELIMINA TION ONLY ) Th e wa x elimi nat ion prog ram w ill heat at th e rate of 12 50 ° ° ° ° F (750 ° ° ° ° C) per hour for 15 minu tes or un til t he tem peratu re rea ches 300 ° ° ° ° F (150 ° ° ° ° C).
12 PERM ANENT PROGR AM NO. 2 [ 5Hr] This progr am opera tes the furna c e for 1 hour at 300 ° ° ° ° F (1 50 ° ° ° ° C) and th en ad va nces sl ow ly to 1 350 ° ° ° ° F (730 ° ° ° ° C) over a pe riod of approx imately 2 hours, then holds t hat temper ature for 1 h our .
13 PERM ANENT PROGR AM NO. 3 [ 12 Hr ] Befo re you use thi s prog ram, yo u must first elim inat e the w ax w ith eit her steam or ut iliz e PROG RA M NO. 1. After th e wax has bee n remo ved you m ay load the fur nace SPRUE HOLE UP or use our WWT13 or WWT18 Grate & Tray and the spr ue holes can rema in down.
14 We feel that our 12 hour progra m ( No. 3 ), which is perma nently pr ogrammed into y our controller , is the best and most use ful program for th e ave rage casting oper ation. You can load your fu rnace at 3 - 4 o r 5:0 0 P.M . in the ev en ing an d arr ive a t 7 - 8 or 9:00 A.
