• Two Two-Line Jacks INST ALLA TION 9 2 Connect the telephone line cords to the telephone. • Four One-Line Jacks (T o use this installation option, you’ ll need to purc hase two two-line adapters. Adapter s are available at retail stores or by calling 1 800 222–3111.

Push the tab down into the groov es so it settles into position. 2 Install one 9V battery. • Press in on the tabs and remov e the telephone base.
6 Connect the power adapter to the telephone. Use only the pow er adapter provided with this product. T o obtain a replacement, call 1 800 222–3111. Plug one end of the power adapter into the jac k labeled ADAPTER on the back of the phone. 7 Check for dial tone.
