Detach the bolts at the bottom of the Upright Flats. C . Inser t the Leg Cur l Seat Extension into the Leg Curl Seat Upr ight, using a mallet, if necessar y .

Attach the Rotating Ar m to the Upright Flats using two ¾-inch b uttonhead bolts Tighten with 6-mm Allen wrench. B. Attach the Handles to the Seat Upr ight using two 3¼-inch bolts f our washers two loc knuts Wrench tighten.

Inser t End Caps into the end of the Rod. C . Secure the Rod in place from below using two he x set screws .

B . Attach the middle hole at top of the Chest Press Upright to the Main Upr ight using one 3½-inch bolt one washer Finger tighten.

T o the end of each threaded Pivot Shaft, attach one ½-inch washer one ½-inch hat washer one ½-inch lockn ut Note : Tighten the lockn ut until the Handlebars don't mov e.

Obvious signs that Cable problems exist include: ✔ The Cap Plate does not rest squarely on the top weight of the Weight Stac k.
