Step 1: Download the Razer Synapse 2.0 installer fr om http: //www.razersupp ort.com . Step 2: Run the installer and follow the onscre en instruc tions.

USING YOUR R AZER NAGA HEX USING BASIC [123 ] AND ADV ANCED [NU M] MODES The 6 [1 -6 ] Mechanical Thumb Buttons on your Razer Naga Hex comes in two modes: Basic [123] and Advanced [Num]. To change between the Basic [123] and Advanc ed [Num] mode, simply use the switch at the bottom of your Razer Naga Hex.
7 | razer™ Advanced [NUM] C onfigura tion In the Advanced [N um] mode, the 6 Mechanical T humb Butto ns work the same as a keypad’s numerical keys. These buttons a llow you to have quicker access to in -game commands with out having the need to reac h for the keypad.

9 | razer™ PROFILE A Profile is a conven ient way of saving all of the changes you have mad e on your device. A single Profile can store numerous settings such as button ass ignm ents and sensitivity adjustm ents. Profile contains the default settings of your device.
10 | For gamers by gamers™ CUSTOMIZE TAB The Customize Tab is where you can modify the basic functionalities of your device such as button assignments to suit your gaming needs. The c han ges made in this tab are automatically sav ed to you r current p rofile.
11 | razer™ Side View The Side Vie w is where you can customize the 6 Mechan ical Thumb Buttons . You may configure both the Basic [123] and the Advanced [Num] modes using the toggle located on the middle of the screen. Configurin g the Mechanical Thumb Buttons on any mode does not require you to use the switch underneath the R azer Naga Hex.
12 | For gamers by gamers™ CUSTOMIZATION OP TIONS Initially, each of the mouse buttons is set to DEFAULT . However, you may change the function of these bu ttons by clicking th e desired bu tton to access the main dropdown menu. Listed below are the customization optio ns an d their description.
13 | razer™ Mouse Function Th is option allo ws you to c han ge the mouse buttons into other mouse fu nc tions . To choose a mouse function , select MOUSE FUNCTION from the main dropdown menu and an ASSI GN BUTTON submen u will appear.
14 | For gamers by gamers™ Macro A Macro is a pre-recorded sequen ce of keystrokes and button presses that is exec uted with precise timing. By setting a button t o Macro, you can conveniently execute a chain of commands.
15 | razer™ PERFORMANCE TA B The Performance Tab allows you to enhance the speed and precision of your mouse pointer. Similar to the Cu stomize Tab , the changes made here are automatically saved to your current profile. Listed below are the performance options an d their desc riptions.
16 | For gamers by gamers™ Sensitivity Sensitivity pertains to how much effort is needed to move the mouse pointer in any direction. The higher the sensitivity, the more responsive the mouse will be .
17 | razer™ LIGHTING TAB The Lighting Tab allows you to configure the LEDs of your Razer Naga Hex. Simply toggle the ON or OFF options to enable or disable the Scroll Wheel, Thumb Grid and Logo lighting. Similar to the previous tabs, the changes made here are also automatically saved to your cu rrent profile.
18 | For gamers by gamers™ MACROS TAB The Macros Tab allows you to create a series of precise keystrokes and button presses. This tab also allows you to have numerous macros and extremely lo ng macro commands at your disposal . The Macro sec tion works similarly to Profile where in you can rename a macro by typing on the field below MACRO NAME .
19 | razer™ To create a macro comm and, simply click t he button and all your keystrokes and button presses will automatic ally register on the macro screen . When you are done recording your macro comman ds, click on the button to end the session. The Macro section allows you to input t he delay in-between commands.
20 | For gamers by gamers™ Once you have record ed a macro, you may edit the commands you have entered by selecting each command on the macro screen. Each keystro ke or button press is arranged sequ entially with the first comm and shown at the top of the screen .
21 | raz er™ Once you have pressed the Insert button, a new display window will app ear beside the list of macro commands. The dropdown menu on this window allows you to choose a keystroke or a delay to b e added in before or after the highlighted macro c ommand.
