6 INST ALLA TION / PRIMING Fi ll the t ank wi th fr esh wa ter . Move the ON/OFF switch to “I” to turn o n the machine . The display will signal that the machine is warming up. Place a container under the steam wand. Open the knob to prime the machine.

10 The machine must be descaled every 2-3 months, when you observe a diminished flow of water or when the machine signals that descaling is necessary . The machine must be on; it automatically controls the distribution of the descaling solution. DESCALING W arning! Never use vinegar as a descaling agent.
ENGLISH 1 1 “AQUA PRIMA” CARTRIDGE FIL TER INST ALLA TION The filter must be replaced every 3 months. Before descaling, remove the filter from the tank. Remove the filter from the package. Adjust the red date indicator to the current month. Put the filter into the empty tank.
12 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Do not dry the machine and/or its components in a microwave and/or conventional oven. Do not immerse the machine in water and do not place any of its components in a dishwasher . BASIC CLEANING Press the PUSH button to release the brew group.
