7 G et started First steps to operating your phone SIM card information When you su bscribe to a cellular network, you receiv e a plug-in SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card loaded with your subscription details, such as y our PIN, and av ailable optional services.
Get started 8 Low battery indi cator When the batter y is low: • a warning tone s ounds, • the low battery message displays, and • the empty battery icon blinks. If the ba ttery lev e l becomes t oo low , the phone a utomati cally turn s off . R e c h arge your bat ter y .
G et started 9 Offline m ode Y ou can switch the phone to O ffline mode, in which the phone func tions requiri ng network connection ar e deactivated. This mode is helpful when you want to use your phone in a place where you are not allowed to use mobile devices, such as in an airplan e and at a hospital.

This enabl es you to enjoy the photos, videos and music stored in the phone’s memory with your family or friends on a larger screen.

When you switch on your phone , the following messages may appear: “Insert S IM card” • Be sure that the SIM card is correctly installed.
