2 GB Oven Accessories Depending on the model that you have purchased, you are supplied with several accessories that can be used in a variety of ways. ☛ DO NO T operate the microwave oven without the roller ring and turntable. 4 GB Safety Precautions (continued) • A risk of delayed eruptive boiling exists. • To prevent dela yed boiling and possible scalding, you sh ould put a plastic spoon or glass stick int o the bevera ges and stir befo re, during and after heating.
5 GB Setting the T ime Your microwave oven has an inbuilt clock. The time can be displayed in either the 24 -hour or 12-hour notation. You must set the clock: • When you first install your microwave oven • After a power failure ✉ Do not forget to reset the clock when you switch to and from summer and winter time.
6 GB Cooking / Reheating The following proced ure explains how to cook or reheat fo od. ALWAYS check your cooking sett ings before leaving the oven unattended. First, place the food in the centre of the turntable. Then, close the door. ☛ Never switch the microwave oven on when it is empty.
7 GB Using the A uto Reheat F eature The Auto Reheat feature has three pre-progra mmed cooking t ime. You do not need to set either the cooking times or the power level. You can adjust the number of servings by pressing the Up/Down button. First, place the food in the centre of the turntable.

10 GB Multistage Cooking Your microwave oven can be programmed to cook food in up to three stages. Example: Y ou wish to defrost food and cook it without having to reset the ov en after eac h stage.
11 GB Cookware Guide To cook food in the microwave oven, the microwaves must be able to penetrate the fo od , wit hout being reflected or absorb ed b y t he dish used. Care must therefore be taken when choosing the cook ware. If the cookware is marked microwave-sa fe, you do not need to worry.
