This section walks you through th e necessar y steps t o set up , turn on, an d unlock you r device; se t up your voicema il; esta blish pass words; and co ntact you r serv ice provid er for assistance with your ser vice.

When a sign al is found, y our phone automatica lly return s to standb y mode. In Power Sa ve mode, your phone sear ches for a signal pe riodically w ithout your intervention.

24 Phone Basics Plus (+) Cod e Dialing When placing internat ional call s, you can use Plus Co de Dialing to automa tically enter the i nternat ional acce ss code fo r your loc ation. Th is key can also be ass igned, not only fo r an Inter national pre fix, but al so for a Co untry code and Cit y code.

78 microSD Removing the microSD Memory Card 1. Flip up the m icroSD plastic cover on the righ t side of the de vice. 2. Firmly push t he end of the card furthe r into the de vice and r elease—the card should pop out fr om the memor y card sl ot. If th is does not work, repeat thi s process.
microSD 79 microSD Note : The fo rmatting p rocedure erases all the data on the microSD card, afte r which the fil es CANNOT be retrieved .
