9 OPER ATING YOUR W INE CHILLER It is recom mended you inst all the W ine C hiller in a pla ce where t he am bient temper ature is bet ween 72 - 78 degre es Fahre nheit. If the am bient tem perature is above or b elow rec ommende d temper atures, the perform ance of the unit m ay be aff ected.
