INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INST ALLER: these instructions are intended for the qualified technician who must perform the installation, put it into operation and test the appliance.
22 Instructions f or safety and use 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFETY AND USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE. IT MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN AN ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. WE URGE YOU TO READ THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE INFORMATION IT CONTAINS CAREF ULLY BEFORE USING THE OVEN.

24 Instructions f or the installer 2. O VEN INST ALLA TION The ov en must be installed on a free-standing hor izontal work top. The distance from the rear wall must allow easy access to the ter minal board f or connection of the power supply cable .
25 Instructions f or the installer When linking up to mains by plug and sock et, the connection must be completed with a three-core plug of adequate capacity (2 5A), or , for operation at 380-415V2N ∼ or 380-415V3N ∼ , a five-core plug (16A). The plug and wall-mounted socket m ust be of the same type (in accordance with CEI regulations).
26 Instructions f or the installer 2.3 Connection to the water mains (o nly in the stea m model) Connect the water inlet sock et on the back to a water soc ket with a threaded ¾ gas opening, taking care to screw it tightly to the hose.
27 Instructions f or the User 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS START BUTTON This button lets you star t cooking op erations or perform a rapid cooling cycle when the y are finished. In the steam model it star ts the humidification cycle. STOP BUTTON This button lets you stop cooking at any time.
28 Instructions f or the User 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 Warnings and general advice When using the oven f or the first time, heat it up to its maximum temperature f or a duration long enough to burn off a ny oily residues from the manuf acturing process.
29 Instructions f or the User 4.3 Choice of programs This appliance allows you select 40 cooking progr ams including: • 38 programs that can be edited and sa ved as the user wishes • 1 manual program “ P40 ” • 1 preheating program with dela yed start “ P39 ” 4.
30 Instructions f or the User 4.5 Editing / saving a pr ogram The ov en has 38 programs that can be modified by the user (from P01 to P38 ). T o set the operational parame ters of a program: • T ur n the knob to the or symbols to select the program y ou wish to sav e / edit.
31 Instructions f or the User 4.6 Running a prog ram F rom the “ OFF ” status proceed as follo ws: • T ur n the knob to the or symbols to select one of the availab le programs from P01 to P38 . The displa y will show the parameters of the selected program in rotati on.
32 Instructions f or the User 4.6.1 Exte nding a cooking oper ation When a cooking operation finishes, it is possible to extend it manually: • While the disp lay is sho wing the message “ End ”, press the “ ST ART ” button; the text “ tP00 ” will appear on the display .
33 Instructions f or the User 4.8 Preheating with delayed start The program with dela yed pre-heating is set as f ollows: • T ur n the knob to the or symbols to select the program “ P39 ”. • Press the “ PUSH ” button f or at least 3 sec onds; the display sho ws the current hour flashing.

35 Instructions f or the User 5.2 Cleaning t he o ven interi or To keep the oven in good condition it should b e cleaned regularly at th e end of the day.
36 Instructions f or the User 6. EXTRA ORDINAR Y MAINTENANCE The ov en may require e xtraordinary mainte nance or replacement of par ts subject to wear such as seals, bu lbs, and so on. The follo wing instr uctions describe how to carry out the se minor maintenance ope rations.
37 Instructions f or the User 6.2 Removing the door Open the door completel y and inser t the p ins (supplied) into th e holes from the inside. Close the door to an angle of about 45° and lift it off. T o reassemble, fit the hinges into thei r groov es, then low er the door into place and extract the pins.
