Instructions for the Installer 2. INST ALLING THE O VEN The oven is designed for free-standi ng installation on a h orizontal work- top. It must be far enough from the wa ll behind it to allow easy access to the terminal board for connection of the power supply lead.
Instructions for the Installer 2.2 Levelling Level the oven by means of its f our adjustable feet. To make the adjustment, undo the lock-nut and u nscrew the foot. The adjuster screw travel is 10 mm. 2.3 Steam vent pipe The rear of the oven is fitted with a pipe which vents the steam produc ed during cooking.
Instructions for the User 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS START BUTTON Use this button to set the time when turning on the appliance for the first time or after a power failure, scroll through the preset program s and start cooking cycles.
Instructions for the User 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 Precautions and General Advice When the oven is used for the first time, it should be heated to the maximum temperature for long enough to burn off any oily residu es left by the manufacturing process.
Instructions for the User 4.3 Program selection This oven has 10 different cooking program s, including: 5 preset programs (P1 to P5); 3 user-editable programs for fan-mode cooki ng (P6 to P8), 1 preheating program with user-editabl e temperature and start and end time (P9), 1 "easy" user-editable program for fan-mode cooking.
Instructions for the User 4.4 Fan mode cooking Use the knob to select one of the preset programs ( P1 - P5 ). The display shows the param eter s of the selected progr am ( tc = cooking time; temperature in degrees Centigr ade and program number, e.g. P1 ).
Instructions for the User The display shows "- - - - " to indicate that there ar e no cooking parameters present. Press START or kee p it pressed to incr eas e the preheating temperatur e; each time START is pressed the temperature increme nts by 5°C (from 30° to 300°).
Instructions for the User The display shows U t°C . Press START to display the cooking temper ature. Press START or keep it pressed to increase the cook ing temperature; each time START is pressed the temper ature increments by 1°C (from 50° to 300°), or hold START down for increments of 5°C.

Instructions for the User 5.2 Cleaning the inside of the oven To keep the oven in g ood condition, it must be clea ned regularly at the end of each day, after allowing it to cool. Remove all rem ovable parts. Remove the side runners by unscrewing the ring-nut A and extract them through the hole in the rear B .
Instructions for the User 6. EXTRA ORDINAR Y MAINTENANCE Occasionally, the oven will require minor servicing procedur es or the replacement of parts subject to wear and tear, such as gaskets, light bulbs, etc. The specific operations for each procedure of this kind are provided below.
Instructions for the User 6.2 Removing the door Hinges with mobile riders Take hold of the two sides of the door wit h both hands close to the hing es C and lift the levers D . Raise the d oor to an angle of about 45° an d remove it. To reasse mble, fit the hinges C into their groov es, then lower the door into place and engag e the levers D .
