Introduction 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SA FE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. WE ADVISE CAREFUL READING OF THIS MANUAL AN D ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS THEREIN BEFORE USING THE OVEN.
Introduction ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE CONTROL KNOBS ARE IN THE “ZERO” (OFF) POSITION WHEN YOU FINISH USING THE OVEN. NEVER PUT INFLAMMABLE OBJECTS IN THE OVEN: THEY COULD BE ACCIDENTALLY LIGHTED AND CAUSE FIRES. DURING USE THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT.
Instructions for the installer 2. INST ALLA TION 2.1 Electrical connection Check that mains volta ge and power cable ratings are as per the indications provided on the la bel attached to the oven door frame.
Instructions for the installer 32 2.2 Mounting the oven The oven is de signed for mounting into any piece of furniture as long as heat-resistant. Proceed accor ding to the dimensions s hown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . For installing under a work top, follow the dime nsions given in Figure 1 - 3 .

Fan operation causes a n ormal flow of air which exits at the bottom part of th e oven front which may continue for a brief period of time even after the oven has been turned off.
Instructions for the user 42 5. A V AILABL E A CCESSORIES The oven features 4 support positions for plates and racks of different height. Grill: useful for holding cooking vessels. Plate grill: for placing above plate for cooking foods that might drip.
Instructions for the user 6. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode preheating s hould be carried o ut at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. This consi derably shortens cooking times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results.

Instructions for the user 7.3 Removing the door 7.3.1 Removing doors with mobile hinges With the door completely o pen, lift the levers A until they touch the hinges B and take hold of the two si des of the door with both hands close to the hinges. Raise the door to an angle of about 45° and r emove it.
Instructions for the user 50 7.4 Removing the door glazing The glass in the door should always be kept thoroughly clean. For easier cleaning, the door glazi ng can be fully removed by proceeding as described below. After blocking the do or in position as described in point “ 7.
Instructions for the user Warning: before removing the panes of glass, make sure that the do or has been locked in open pos ition as described in point “ 7.3 Remov ing the door . This operation might have to be repeated durin g the removal process if the door is accidentally freed.
