INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFETY AND USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN AN ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LI FE OF THE OVEN. WE ADVISE READING THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS THEREIN BEFORE USING THE OVEN.

35 Instructions f or the installer 2. INST ALLA TION 2.1 Electrical conn ection Make sure the voltage and the cro ss-section of the power cord match the specifications indicated on the id entification plate positioned on the frame of the ov en door . Do not remove this plate for an y reason .
36 Instructions f or the installer 2.2 P ositioning the ov en The ov en is designed f or mounting into any piece of furniture as long as it is heat-resistan t. Proceed according to the dimensions shown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . For installing under a work top , f ollow the dimensions given in Figure 1 - 3 .
37 Instructions f or the user 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS 3.1 The front panel All the ov en controls are grouped together on the front panel. At first use or after a power outage, press the centre button for 1 / 2 seconds to enable the oven for cooking.
38 Instructions f or the user THERMOSTAT KNOB The cooking te mperature is selected by tur ning the knob clockwise to the desired setting, between 50 ° and 250 °C. THERMOSTAT INDICATOR LIGHT (ORANGE) The light comes on to indica te that the oven is heating up .
39 Instructions f or the user 3.2 El ectronic Analogue Clock LIST OF FUNCTION S TIMER BUTTON END OF COOKING BUTTON CLOCK ADJUSTMENT AND RESET VALUE DECREASE BUTTON VALUE INCREASE BUTTON 3.2.1 Setti ng the time When the oven is used f or the first time, or after an electricity supp ly f ailure, the display flashes at regular intervals.
40 Instructions f or the user 3.2.2 Timer • This function does not stop cookin g; it simply activates the b uzz er . Press and the displa y will light up as shown in figure 1; • Within 6/7 seconds, press the or ke ys to set the timer .
41 Instructions f or the user • Once co oking has star ted the di spla y will show the current time, represented by the constantly illuminated segments, and the minutes left to the end of the co oking time, represented by the flashing segments (each flashing segment means 12 minutes of cooking time left).
42 Instructions f or the user • Here we can see a programming e xample: the current time is 7:06 an d cooking is programmed to star t at 8.00 and end at 9.00. • At 8 o'clock the inside segments between 8 and 9 will star t to flash , while the hours han d will remain still.
43 Instructions f or the user 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 W arnings and ge neral advice Before using the ov en for the first time , pre-heat it to maximum temperature ( 250°C ) long enough to burn any manuf acturing oi ly residues which could give the food a bad smell.
44 Instructions f or the user 4.4 Attentio n • Grilling processes must nev er last more than 60 minutes. • The oven door must be closed dur ing grill and gr ill + rotisserie cooking operations. • Accessible par ts may be v er y hot dur ing and after use of the grill; keep children well a way from the appliance.
45 Instructions f or the user 5. A V AILABLE A C CESSORIES The ov en features 4 runners f o r positioning pans and racks at diff erent heights. Not all accessories are provided on some models. Rack: useful for holding cooking containers. Pan rack: for placing on top of a pan for cooking foods which may drip.
46 Instructions f or the user 6. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode preheating should be carried out at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. This considerably shortens cooking times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results.
47 Instructions f or the user 6.2 Hot-air cook ing FUNCTIONS SWITCH THERMOSTAT 50 ÷ 250°C This system is suitable for cooking on several levels, in cluding different types of food (fish, meat etc.), without tastes and smells minglin g. Air circulation in the oven ensures a uniform heati ng.
48 Instructions f or the user 6.4 Hot-air grilling FUNCTIONS SWITCH THERMOSTAT 200 Ensures uniform h eating with greater he at penetration into the food. Food will be lightly browned on the outside and remain soft inside . Keep the oven door closed during cooking.
49 Instructions f or the user 6.6 Thawing FUNCTIONS SWITCH THERMOSTAT IN POSITION 0 The movement of air ensured by the fan causes faster thawing o f foods. The air circulating inside the ov en is at room temperature. Thawing at room temperature has th e advantage of no t altering the taste and appearance of the food.

53 Instructions f or the user 7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Do not use a steam jet fo r cleaning the appliance. Before any intervention that requir es access to live par ts, disconnect the power supply of the appliance. 7.1 Cleaning stai nless steel To keep stainless steel in good condition it should be cleaned regularly after use.
54 Instructions f or the user 7.2 Cleaning of the oven (w ithou t self-clean ing panels) For best oven upkeep clean regularly after ha ving allowed to cool. Take out all remo vable parts. • C lean the oven rac k and side runners wi th hot water and non- abrasive detergent.

Close the door to an angle of about 45° and lift i t off . T o reassemble, fit the hinges into their groov es, then lower the door into place and extr a ct the pins.
