8 Instructions f or the User 5. BEFORE INST ALLA TION Do not discard packing in the home environment. Separate the various waste materials and take them to the nearest sp ecial garbage collection centre. In order to remov e all manufacturing residues, it is recommended to clean the inside of the appliance.

12 Instructions f or the User 7.2 Semiautomatic cooking This function only switches the ov en o ff automatically a t the end of the cooking time. Press the k ey and the display will light up showing the figures ; keep it pressed, and at the same time use the value modification k eys or to set the cooking duration.
13 Instructions f or the User 7.5 End of cooking At the end of the cooking time the oven will s witch off automatically and simultaneously a buzz er will star t to sound in on-off mode.
14 Instructions f or the User 8. USE OF THE O VEN 8.1 W arnings and general ad vice Before using the ov en and the gr ill f o r the first time, pre-heat to maximum temperature long enough to burn any manuf actur ing oily residues which could give the f ood a ba d smell.

16 Instructions f or the User 10. COOKING HINTS In f an-assisted mode preheating shou ld be carried out at 30/40°C above the cooking temp erature. This considerably shor tens cooking times and reduces power consumption, as well as givi ng better cooking results.
17 Instructions f or the User 10.3 Delicate cooking FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOST A T 50 ÷ 250 °C This type of cooking, for which it is e xtremely impor tant to preheat the ov en in fan-a ssisted mode , is par ticularly suitabl e f or finishing cooki ng of f oods on the base or for cooking procedures that require heating especially in the lower par t.
18 Instructions f or the User 10.5 Ho t-air grilli ng FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOST A T 200 °C Ensures uniform heating with greater h eat penetration into the food. F ood will be lightly browned on the outside and remain tender inside. K eep the ov en doo r closed during cooking.

Close the door to an ang le of about 45° and lift it off. T o reassemble, fit the hinges into their groov e s, then low er the door into place and extr a ct the pins.

INST ALLING THE APPLIANCE 13.1 Electrical connection The I.D . plate with te chnical data, serial number an d brand name is positioned visibly on the o ven door fr ame. The plate must not be removed. The appliance must be connected to ear th in complia nce with electrical system safety regulations.
