GB 7 DETERGENTS AND ADDITIVES Choice of the right detergents and addit ives The type of det ergent depen ds on: • type of fabr ic (cottons, easy care/sy nthetics, delicate items, wool). Note: use only specific detergents f or wool. • colour; • washing tempera ture; • degree and typ e of soiling.
GB 8 Using chlorine bl each • Wash your lau ndry in the desir ed programme (Cotton, Synth etics), addin g an appropriate amount of chlorine bleach to th e SOFTENER chamber (close the lid carefully).
GB 9 CLEANI NG THE FI LTER/ DRAINING RESIDUAL WATER The washing machine is provide d with a self-cleaning pump. The filter ke eps objects like buttons, coins , safety- pins etc. which have bee n left in the laundry. We recommend t o check an d clean the filter regularly , at least two or three times a year.
GB 10 CARE AN D MAINTENA NCE Detergent dispenser Clean the detergent d ispenser regularly, at least th ree or four times a year, to prevent deterg ent build-up: 1. Push in the buttons on each side of the disp enser. 2. Pull the dispen ser towards you and r emove it.

GB 16 INSTALLATION Removal of transport b racket The washing machin e is fitted with a transport brack et to avoid any poss ible damag e during tran sport. IMPORTANT: Before using the washing machine, the transpor t bracket at the back MUST be remo ved.
GB 17 Adjust the feet Install the washing machin e on a level surface, near to electrical, water a nd drain connections. If the floor is uneven, adjust the f eet (do not in sert piec es of wood, cardboard e tc. un der the feet) : 1. Loosen the locknut using the wre nch provided.

GB 19 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION Do not use ext ension leads or mu lti sockets . Electrical connections must be made in accordance with local regulations. 1) Warning - this washing machine m ust be earthed.
