T une r 13 GB To change the AM tuning interval (except for European model and Saudi Arabian model) The AM tuni ng in terval is factor y-preset to 9 kHz (or 10 kHz for some ar eas). To chan ge the AM tuning interval, tu ne in any AM sta tion first , then tu rn off the pow er by pr essing ?/1 .
14 GB Tips • To i mprove broadcast recepti on, adjust the su pplied antennas , or conn ect a c ommerciall y availab le external antenna . • When an FM stereo pr ogram ha s static noise, press FM MODE until “ MONO” appear s. There will be no stereo eff ect, but the r eception will improve.

Timer 19 GB To ti mer record , you must first pre set the r a dio statio n (see “Presett in g radio sta tions” on page 12) and s et the cloc k (see “Se tting th e clock” o n pa ge 8).
