31 Gett ing S tarted • After your camcorder recognizes th e disc, disc information such a s the date you started to use it and information on pre v iously recorded areas appears for about 8 seconds. The information on pre v iously recorded areas may not be di splayed correctly depending on the con dition of the disc.
32 By r ecor ding in the 16:9 (w ide) mode , you can e njoy wide -angle, high-r esolution pictures. • If you intend to view pictures on a wide TV , recording in the 16: 9 (wide) mode is recommended. 1 Slide the PO WER switch in the dire ction of th e arrow to li ght up the (M ovie) lamp.
