Intr oducing the Son y LCD Pr ojection TV 14 1 T u rn off the po wer switch on the LCD projection TV and after sev eral minute s, unpl ug the po wer cord. (The cooling fan will continue to blow for about two minutes after turning the power of f.) 2 Unplug the power cord after turning off the main po wer .
Intr oducing the Son y LCD Pr ojection TV 15 Intr oducing the So ny LCD Pr ojection TV 6 Loosen the two scr ews that s ecure the lamp, then pull out the lamp. The lamp is very hot immediately after use. Nev er touch the front glass of the lamp or the s urrounding parts.
Intr oducing the Son y LCD Pr ojection TV 16 9 Mount the front panel securely . 10 Mount the rear si de panel and tighten the s cre ws. ✍ If the lamp cover is not mounted securel y , the self-diagnostic function works and th e POWER/ST ANDBY indicator flashes for three times (See page 98 ).
