Instruction Manual 5 Hardwar e Operation 1. Copy There are two types of copy modes , Asynchronous Copy and Synchr onous Copy. The system will check the content siz e of the source before ex ecuting the ‘ copy’ func tion. If the source content size is less than the sy stem’ s buer memory, it will automatically start an Asynchronous copy .
Instruction Manual 6 3. When the copy has c ompleted, the LCD displa y will show the total time it took to copy , the number of passes, and if there were an y failures. NOTE: a) When the copy is in progr ess, the green LED will ash for each F lash drive that is connected.
Instruction Manual 7 2. Once the copy has c ompleted, the green LED will stop blinking. The destination Flash drive can be remo ved and a new Flash drive inserted, then the copy will automatically start again. T he LCD display will show the accumula ted quantity of the successful/failed duplications and the drive that is still cop ying.
Instruction Manual 8 4. Capacity Check Check the exact capacity of the connected Flash drive in the destination slots. 1. Plug the Flash driv e into the slot and press OK on Capacity Check. The sy stem will quickly report the exac t capacity of the connected Flash driv e by repor ting either a green or red LED .
Instruction Manual 9 5.2 System Inf ormation This function will show information about the system, including model number and software version. 6. Utility 6.1 Do Forma t Inser t a F lash drive device into one of the destination slots and press OK to begin formatting.

Plug the Flash driv e into one of the slots and select func tion “6.2 Measure Speed” , then press OK. 2. Use the up and down arro ws to see the Flash drive ’ s exact read and write speeds for each port.
Instruction Manual 11 6.3.4 Setup Error Limit Set the tolerance range when checking for errors on the F lash drive. Use the up and down arrows to set the per centage. 6.4 Quick Erase Erase the Flash drive ’ s data content. Use the up and down arrows to check each port’ s status.
