13 SOIL MATERIALS ASSOCIATED WITH FROZEN DESSERT MACHINES MILKFAT/BUTTERFAT – As components of ice-cream/ frozen custard mix, these soils will accumulate on the interior surfaces of the machine and its parts. Fats are difficult to remove and help attribute to milkstone build-up.
14 With proper daily use of STERA-SHEEN or its equivalent, there is no need for the use of a DELIMER. DO NOT USE BLEACH • BLEACH HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANING PROPERTIES. • BLEACH IS CORROSIVE. It can and will damage components of the machine causing premature wear and metal corrosion.
15 F112 Air Cooled Condenser Cleaning A. Remove the Phillips head screws from the bottom of the right side panel, and then slide the panel down and out. B. To remove the condenser filter, grasp the top and pull off. Visually inspect for dirt. If the filter is dirty, shake or brush excess dirt off the filter and wash in warm, soapy water.
