2 Model 2 20 T o the I nstaller 120806 Air Cooled Units DO NOT obst ruc t air int ake and disc harge openings: Air cooled units r equire a minimum of 3” ( 76 mm ) of clearanc e around all s ides of the f reezer and 7 - 1/ 2” (191 m m) on t he bott om t o allow f or adequate air flow acros s the c ondenser(s ).

11 Model 2 20 Operati ng P roced ures Section 6 Operating Procedures The Model 220 f reezer can produc e all f lavors of ic e cream , including t hose wit h fruit s and nut s. The freezer is designed for f illing pints, quart s or gallons t o be placed in a hardening c abinet.
12 Model 2 20 Op erati ng Pro cedu res Step 2 In stal l th e beat er assembl y . Firs t c heck the sc raper blades for any nic ks or signs of wear. If t he blades are in good conditi on, place the rear scr aper blade into the grooves on the beat er (knif e edge to the out side).

I f the overr un is not at the des ired level, leave the cont rol switc h in the “EJEC T ” position t o agitat e t he product and blend more air int o the mixt ure.
