2 Model 2 2 0 T o the Installer 120806 Air Cooled Units DO NOT obst ruc t air int ake and disc harge openings: Air cooled units r equire a minimum of 3” (76 mm ) of clearanc e around all s ides of the fr eezer and 7 - - 1/ 2” (191 m m) on the bott om to allow for adequat e air f low acros s the c ondenser(s ).

11 Model 2 2 0 O perati ng P roced ures Section 6 Operating Procedures The Model 220 f reezer can produce all flavors of ice cream , including t hose wit h fr uits and nut s. The freezer is designed for f illing pints, quarts or gallons to be placed in a hardening c abinet.
