I f a fr eezing cylinder ent ers the AUTO m ode, the c ontrol will chec k product temper ature. Af ter fiv e m inutes, it will again check produc t temperat ure.

17 Model C3 00 Impor tant: T o the Opera tor Syr up Out Indicator AUTO MODE AUTO OUT SYRUP OK CO2 - OK W A TER - OK If t he word “O UT” appears in one of t he columns next t o the word “ SYRUP”, it indicates a lac k of syr up or syrup pr essure being supplied f or the indicated f reezing cy linder .

CAUTI ON: T his u ni t is p ressuriz ed wh en in oper ation. The cont rol switc h must be in t he OF F position unt il the unit is com pletely ass embled.

M ake sure t he beater ass embly locating pin i s in position in t he locating hole of t he drive s haft. Turn the beat er slightly t o be certain t hat the beat er is proper ly seated.
