This T raulsen unit is built to our highest quality standards. W e build our Rethermalization Oven this way as a matter of pride. This philosophy has made T raulsen the leader in commercial refrigeration since 1938.
T ABLE OF CONTENTS The serial tag is a permanently afxed label on which is recor ded vital electrical data about your T raulsen product, as well as the model and serial number . This tag is located in the exterior back of the cabinet by the electrical connection.
-2- II. RECEIPT INSPECTION All T raulsen products are factory tested for performance and ar e fr ee fr om def ect s whe n shi ppe d. The utmo st ca re has been taken in crating this product to protect against damage in transit. Y ou should carefully inspect your unit for damage during delivery .
IV . a - BEFORE FIRST USE: Thoroughly clean the oven befor e initial use. Avoid splashing water into upper ar eas of the cabinet to prevent damage to electrical components or connections. Never spray the unit with a hose. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive pads to clean the cabinet.

The audibl e alarm may be tempora rily cancele d FOR 3 MINUTES by pushing ADJ/SET .
Leave the compartment door (s) slightly open (unlatched) when the unit is not in use. Keeping the gasket under pressur e when the unit is not in use can cause a per man ent defor mat ion of the ga sket and r edu ce its serviceable life.
V . f - HEA T TINT : Darkened areas, called “heat tint”, may appear on stain- less steel exposed to excessive heat, which causes the protective lm to thicken. It is unsightly but is not a sign of permanent damage. T o r emo ve hea t ti nt, fol low the r out in e cl ean ing pr oced ur e.
