2 How to use the T rekSto r i.Beat 115 2.1 P ow er On/Off T o turn on the dev ice, press and hold the ’ ’ key fo r 2 seconds. T o shut down , hold the ’ ’ key for a w hile, the display sho ws ’Shut Down’ and then shut do wn immediately . 2.
2 How to use the T rekStor i.Beat 115 2.2.2 Play / P ause / Stop When pow ered on, the pla yer enters the MUSIC mode, which is defaulted by t he device. T o pla y music, press the ’ ’ key sho rtly . Press the ’ ’ key du ring play back, the music pauses.
2.2 Basic functions 2.2.5 A-B Rep eat During pla yback, p ress the ’A-B’ -button to select the sta rt p oint of the loop. Press the ’A-B’ -button again to select the end p oint. LCD displays ’A-B’ , and the section betw een the start point and the end p oint begins to be play ed rep eatedly .
2 How to use the T rekStor i.Beat 115 2.3 Menu Mo de This device p rovides menu mo des to control some advanced features. T o enter the main menu, press the ’M’ k ey . Press the ’ ’ o r ’ ’ key to switch betw een the menu items, and confirm selected item by p ressing the ’ ’ key .
2.3 Menu Mode T o pla y the voices file that already stored in t he play er, enter the main menu b y pressin g the ’M’ key . Press the ’ ’ or ’ ’ k ey to switch to the ’Voice’ item. Press the ’ ’ o r ’ ’ key to choose the voice file that you want t o play , and press the ’ ’ key to pla y the selected file.
2 How to use the T rekStor i.Beat 115 ’Normal:’ Pla y all tracks in order and stop after pla ying all. ’One:’ Keep repeating the current track. ’All:’ Pla y all tracks in order and repeat. ’Shuffle:’ Pla y all tracks randomly and stop after playing.

3 Connecting the pla yer to the PC 3.2 Installation guidelines Wa rning: Windows 98 users a re required to install the driver first before connecting the T rekStor i.Beat 115 to the computer. Insert the driver CD into the CD-ROM drive. The T rekStor menu appears.
3.4 Download ing Audio Files display , it indicates that data transfer is in progress. When ’Ready’ display s, it means transfer is over, y ou can unplug the play er now. 3.4 Do wnloading Audio Files The T rekSto r i.Beat 115 can b e used as a USB Flash Disk when it is connected to the PC.

Press the ’ ’ key after turning on, while the pla yer has no response: Possible C ause: The volume is too low. There a re pr oblems with the audio file. Solution: Adjust the volume. Delete the file or pla y other files. No sound when pla ying music o r voice file: Possible C ause: The driver is not installed or destr oy ed.
