SPECIFICA TIONS AND ST ARTUP 3 Gas Setup A digital manometer that will read 0.10” WC (2.54 mmH 2 O, 0.249 mb) must be used to properly set all pressur es. If the minimum pressure is not set corr ectly , the oven temperature will slowly rise in stand-by mode and ev entually cause cooking issues as well as trip the high limit temperature switch.

6 CLEANING D eep Cleaning P r oc edur es T urboChef r ecommends deep cleaning the o v en once a month (or mor e fr equently depending on use) to ensur e optimal per formance. U se only T urboChef-appr ov ed cleaner . U sing any other cleaning pr oduct can damage critical par ts and may v oid the o v en ’ s warranty .

15 T he C onfig M ode The CONFIG MODE (F igur e 9) ser v es four main purposes: 1. T o access the smar t car d scr een. 2. T o access the fault count scr een. 3. T o access the SETUP MODE . 4. T o access the TEST MODE . T o access the CONFIG MODE , pr ess the up key fr om the O VEN OFF MODE .

2. Check the input v oltage on terminals L1 & L2 (208-240 V A C) and the DC v oltage input on terminals 2 & 5 (0.1-10 VDC). 3. I f no v oltage is pr esent, inspect the wir e harness for damage or shor ts (page 45).
OVEN SY STEMS 27 C ombustion Blo w er The combustion blo w er is a 3000 RPM, 208- 240 V A C, 0.33 A, 50/60 hz, blo w er motor . The winding r esistance is 92 W . The combus - tion blo w er r eceiv es line v oltage (208-240 V A C) fr om the K3 r elay .
28 1. S hut off the gas supply . 2. D isconnect the wir e spar k cable fr om the stud terminal of the ignition module. This will isolate the burner spar k r od fr om the ignition module. 3. U sing a differ ent wir e spar k cable (ensur e that the cable is not damaged in any way), attach one end to the stud terminal of the ignition module.

30 TR OUBLESHOO TING F8: H igh Limit T r ip ped This fault is display ed if the high limit switch trips. The switch trips when the high limit pr obe r eads appr o ximately 600°F (315.5°C). The fault is clear ed fr om the display when the high limit switch is manually r eset.
