If the display flashes , new m essag es are w aiting f or you. The flashing n umber r epresents th e num ber of n ew mess ages , not total mess ages .

Once you have listened to a new messag e , it becomes an old me ssage . The old mess ages will be played in th e ord er in which th ey were r eceived.
