EN1 Y OUR SAFETY AND THA T OF O THERS IS P AR AMOUNT This manual and the appliance itself provide important safe ty warnings, to be read and observed at all times.
EN2 - Do not touch the appliance with an y wet par t of the body and do not operate it when baref oot. - This applianc e is designed solely f or use as a domestic appliance for cooking food.
EN3 - O verheat ed oils and fats catch fir e easily . Alwa ys r emain vigilant when cooking foods rich in fat and oil. - Never lea ve the appliance unattended during f ood dr ying. - If alcoholic beverages ar e used when cooking foods (e .g . rum, cognac, wine), r emember that a lcohol evaporates at hi gh temperatures .
EN4 PREP ARING THE HOUSING UNIT • K itchen units in contact with the oven must be heat resistant (min 90°C). • Carr y out all cabinet cutting work before fitting the oven in the housing and carefully remove all wood chips and sawdust. • Af ter installation, the bottom of the oven must no longer be accessible .
EN5 Disposal of packing material The packing material is 100% recyclable an d is marked with the recycle symbol ( ). The various parts of the pa cking must therefore be disposed o f responsibly and in full compliance with local authority regulations govern ing waste disposal.
EN6 Ov e n e xte r io r IMPORTANT: do not use corrosive or abrasive detergents. If any of these products accidentally comes into contact with the appliance, clean immediately with a damp Microfibre cloth. • C lean the sur faces with a damp M icrofibre cloth.
EN7 REMOVING THE SIDE GRILLES The accessory-holder grilles are equipped with two fixing screws (fig. 1) for optimum stability. 1. Remove the screw s and fixing plates on the ri ght and left with the ai d of a coin or tool. 2. T o remove the grilles, lift the m up (1) and turn th em (2) as shown in fig.
EN8 FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION, SEE THE PARAGRAPH ON INSTALLATION The induction oven is equipped with an electrical socket on the rear wall of the oven to supply power to the heating element inside the in duction plate when plugged in. The induction plate is des igned to work together wi th the induction cooking vessel supplied with the oven.
EN9 A C CESSORIES NOT SUPPLIED Other accessories can be purchased separately from the Af ter-sales Service. INSERTING WIRE SHEL VES AND OT HER A CCESSORIES IN THE O VEN WIRE SHEL VES AND O THER AC CESSORIES: The wire shelf and other accessories are provided with a locking mechan ism to prevent their accidental removal.
EN10 REMOV AL OF THE C OOKING VESSEL AND INDUC TION PLA TE REMOVING THE C OOKING VESSEL: IMPORTANT: The induction cooking vessel can become extremely hot. Al ways use oven gl oves to touch and move it. 1. Using both hands, gr asp the front handle an d partially remove the cooking vessel (F ig.
EN11 LIST OF FUNCTIONS Turn the “Functions” knob to any po sition and the oven switches on. The display will show the following indication: Press any key to skip the message an d the display will show the func tions or the associated submenus. NOTE: The induction first alert can be disabled/enabled through the Settings Menu.
EN12 SELECTING COOKING FUNCTIONS 1. If the oven is off , tur n the “F unctions” knob; the dis play will show the cook ing functions or associated submenus. N.B.:for the list and description of functions, see the specific table at page16 and at page17.
EN13 F AST PREHEA TING (Standard F unctions only) If you wish to preheat the oven quickly before inserting food, chan ge the oven’s default selection as follows: 1. T urn the “F unctions” knob to select the fast preheating function. 2. Confirm by pressing : the setti ngs are displayed on the scr een.
EN14 2. Pr ess button to selec t the setting: th e end of cooking time flashes. 3. T o delay the end of cook ing time, turn th e “Bro wse ” knob to set the desired value. 4. Confirm the selected value by pressing button . 5. T urn the “Browse ” k nob to position th e cursor at ST AR T and then press .
EN15 Shortly before cooking time finishes, the oven prompts you to ch eck that the food is cooked to your satisfaction. If it is not, ex tra time can then be added manu ally by turning the “Browse” knob.

EN19 FINISHING To p F inishing Low gr ill These functions are ideal for finishing an y dish that requir es a grill or gratin cooking mode. Using three diff erent lev el of grill, it is possible to control the pow er or speed of this cooking mode. During top finishing the tra y is not functional.
EN20 * At the beginning of the cooking cycle, an indicative time is dis played. The cooking time may be modified in order to suit personal preferences and for different kinds of meat/fish. EN25 How to r ead the cooking table The table indicates the best function to use for any given food, to be c ooked on one or more shelves at the same time. Cooking times start from the moment food is placed in the oven, exc luding pre-heating (where required).
