4 The A nti- T ip Brac ket The range will not tip during normal use. However , the range can tip if you apply too mu ch force or weight to the open door w it hout havi ng th e anti-t ip bracke t fasten ed do wn p roper ly . Tip Over Hazard A child or adult can tip the range and be killed.

6 COOKTOP USE Cooktop Controls Electric ign iters au tomatically light the su rface bur ners when control knobs are turned t o IGNITE. Before setting a control knob, p lace filled cookw ar e on the grat e. Do not operate a bur ner using empty cookware or while the grate is unoccupi ed.
7 Burner cap: Always keep the bur ner cap in place w hen using a surface bu rner . A clean bur ner cap will help avoid poor i gnition and uneven flames. Al ways clean the bur ner cap after a s pillover and routinely remove and clean the c aps according to the “ General Cleani ng ” sectio n.

10 OVEN USE Odors and smoke are normal when the oven is u sed the first few times, or when it is heavi ly soiled . IMPORT AN T : The health of some birds is extremely sensi tive to the f umes given off. Expo sur e to t he fume s may r esult in death to certain birds.
11 T o Use Ra cks: 1. Place a full rack on position 1 or 2, and th e split-rack on position 3 or 4. 2. Place large items on the right side of the full rack. 3. Place deep er , covered di shes on the l eft side of the fu ll rack. 4. Place sh allow dish es on the sp lit-rack.
12 Baking an d Roasting ACCUBAKE ® T empera ture Management (on some models) The ACCUBAKE ® s ystem elec tronically regulat es the oven heat levels d uring preheat a nd bake to mainta in a precise tempe rature range for optimal cooking r esults. The bake and broil burners cycle on and off in in tervals.
13 BROILING CHART For best res ults, place food 3" (7 cm) or mor e from the br oil burn er . Times are guidelines only and may need to be ad justed for indivi dual tast es. Recom mended rack po sition s are numbered fro m the bott om (1) to the to p (5).
14 T imed Cookin g (on some models) Timed Cooking allows the oven to b e set to turn on at a certain time of day , cook for a se t length of time, and/or shu t off automatical ly . Delay start should not be us ed for food such as breads and cakes bec ause they may n ot bake properly .
15 Sequence P rogramming (on s ome mo dels) Sequence Programmi ng allows you to program u p to 4 cooking functions at on e time. Other oven fu nctions, su ch as the Timer and W a rming Drawer , may be used when a seq uenced Program is runni ng. All steps of a sequenced program must be programmed with a stop ti me.
16 W ar ming Draw er (on some models) The W armi ng Drawer is ideal for keeping hot cooked foods at serving temperature. It may also be used for warming breads and pastries . Different types of food may be placed in the warmin g drawer at the sam e time.
17 RAN GE C ARE Self-Cleaning Cycle (on some mod e ls) IMPORT AN T : The health of some birds is extremely sensi tive to the fumes give n off during the Sel f-Cleaning cyc le. Exposure to the fume s may result in death to certain birds. Alway s move birds to another clos ed and well-venti lated room.
18 Style 2 and Style 3 (on some mod els) - Electric O ven Contr ol 1. Press AUTO CLEAN. 2. Press the TEMP/HOUR “ up ” or “ down ” arrow pad to s et a clean time oth er than 3 hours 30 min utes. The clean ti me can be set between 2 h ours 30 minutes an d 4 hours 30 minutes.
19 OVEN DOOR EXTER IOR Cleaning Method: ■ Glass cleaner an d a soft cloth or sp onge: Apply glass cleaner to soft cloth or sp onge, not directly on panel. ■ All-Purpose Appliance Cleaner Part Number 31662 (not inclu ded): See “ Assistan ce or Servi ce ” s ection t o order .
20 4. Lift the oven door while holding b oth sides. Continue to push the oven door closed an d pull it away from the oven door frame. T o Replace: 1. Insert both hanger arms into the door . 2. Open the oven d oor . Y ou should hear a “ clic k ” as the door is se t into pl ace.

Plug into a gr ounded 3 pr ong outlet. ■ Household fuse blown or cir cui t br eaker tripped? Replace th e fuse or reset the circuit breaker .
