EN11 SET TING END OF C OOKING TIME /ST ART DELA YED IMPORTANT: the start delay ed setting is not available for the following func tions: FAST PREHEA TING, BREAD/PIZZA. N.B.: with this setti ng, the selected temperature is reached in a more gradual way, so cooking times will be sl ightly longer than stated in the cooking table.

EN18 How t o read the cooking table The table indicates the best function to use for any given food, to be cooked on one or more shelves at the same time . Cooking times start from the moment food is plac ed in the oven, excluding pre-heating (whe re required).
