EN1 Y OUR SAFETY AND THA T OF O THERS IS P AR AMOUNT This manual and the appliance itself provide important safety warnings, to be read and observed at all times.
EN2 - This applianc e is designed solely f o r use as a domestic appliance f o r cooking food. No other type of use is permitted (e .g .: heating rooms). T he Manufac turer declines all r esponsibility for inappropriate use or incorrect setting of the controls.
EN3 - Never lea ve the appliance unattended during f ood dr ying. - If alcoholic beverages ar e used when cooking foods (e.g . rum, cognac, wine), r emember that a lcohol evaporates at high temperatures .
EN4 GENERAL RECOMMEND A TIONS Befo re use: - Remove cardboard pr otection pi eces, pr otective film and adhe sive labels from accessories . - Remove the accessories from the ov en and heat it at 200° f or abo ut an hour to eliminate the smell and fumes from the insulating ma terials and pr otective grease .

EN6 Cleaning the rear wall and ca talytic si de panels of the ov en (if present): IMPORTANT: do not use corrosive or abrasive detergents, coarse brushes, pot scourers or oven sprays which could dama ge the catalytic surface and ruin its self-cleaning properties.
EN7 MOVING THE T OP HEA TING ELEMENT (SOME MODELS ONL Y ) 1. Remove the side ac cessor y holder grilles (F ig. 3). 2. Pull the heating element out a little (F ig. 4) and low er it (F ig. 5). 3. T o r eposition the heating element, li ft it up , pulling it slightly towa rds y ou, making sure it comes to rest on the lateral supports.

EN10 SET TING TIME After setting the language, the time must be set on the cloc k. The two hour digits flash on the display. 1. T urn the “Browse ” knob to display the correct hour . 2. Pr ess the button to co nfirm; the two minute d igits flash on the display .
EN11 SET TING C OOKING TIME This function can be used to co ok food for a set lengt h of time, from a min imum of 1 minute to the maximum time allowed by the selected function, after which the oven switches off automatically. 1. Once the temperatur e is confirmed , the symbol flashes.
EN12 SELECTING SPECIAL FUNC TIONS Turn the “Functions” knob indicator to the symbol to access a sub menu containing three special functions. To browse, select and start one of these function s, proceed as follows: 1. T urn the “F unctions” knob to symbol : the displa y shows “DEFROST ” along with this function’ s corresponding symbol.
EN13 Clock Turn the “Browse” knob to display CLOCK. To change the time of day, see the previous paragraph (SETTING THE TIME). Eco With the ECO mode selected (ON), th e display reduces the brightness, sh owing the clock when the oven is in a stand-by position for 3 minutes.

EN20 How t o read the c ooking table The table indicates the best function to use for any given food, to be co oked on one or more shelves at the same time. Cooking times sta rt from the moment food is placed in the oven, excluding pre-heating (where required).
