If the ink ribbon ca rtridge cannot be inserted In such a case, close the ribbon door , and turn the power off, the n back on ag ain.

Be careful not to touc h the printing surf ace of the paper . When you use the printer for the fi rst time, start the operation to insert the p aper tray from step 2.
