7 Loading T op Rac k The top rack is design ed for cu ps, glas ses, a nd smalle r items. (See recommended loadin g patter ns shown.) NOTE : The features on you r dishwasher rack may va ry from the drawings shown. Do not cover thi rd level sp ray . See ar row .
8 Loading Silv erw are Bask et Load the silver ware b asket whil e it is in the bottom ra ck or take the basket out for loading on a counter or table. NOTE : Unloa d or r emove the bask et bef ore u nloadin g the racks to avoid spil ling water d roplets on to the silv erware.
9 NOTE : Fill amounts show n are for standard pow dered detergent. Amounts may vary if y ou use liquid or concent rated powd ered detergent. T a blet detergents should be pl aced in th e main wash section of the detergent dispense r with the cov er closed.
10 Dishw asher Eff icienc y Tips Hot wat er diss olves a nd acti vate s the d ishwas hing det ergent. Hot water als o dissolv es grease on dishes and h elps glasses dry spot-f ree. For be st dis hwa shing resu lts, w ater sh ould b e 120 °F (49°C) as it enters the dis hwasher .
11 † A small amount of water r uns thro ugh the pu mp to rem ove soil partic les. Canceling a Cyc le Y ou can cancel a cycl e at any time. 1. T urn the cycl e control knob slowly clockwise u ntil you hear water drai ning. Let the dishw asher drain compl etely .
12 Delay Hours Use Delay Hours to r un your di shwash er at a lat er time or during off-peak hours. Y ou can add items to the l oad anyt ime durin g the delay count down. Afte r adding items, cl ose the door firmly u ntil it latche s. The delay co untdown will not continue if the door is not latch ed.

14 DISHW ASHER CARE Cleaning Cleaning the exterior In most case s, regular use of a soft, d amp cloth or sponge and a mild d eter gent is a ll that is necessa ry to keep the outs ide of you r dishwash er looking nice an d clean. If y our dishwas her has a stainles s steel exteri or , a stainless stee l cleaner is recommended.
