FAQ and Troubleshooting 50 DVD movies will not play . The region c ode of the DVD inserted must m at ch that of the D VD playback soft- ware used. This regi on code can b e set up to five t i m es. If you have not reach ed this limit, a pro mpt will appear that will allow you t o change the region cod e of the sof tware to match that of th e move.
