5 • S tart the engine according to the engine manu fac turer’s recomm e ndation. Let t h e engine run at low RPM for several minutes to get the hydra ulic flu id circulating through the pumps. W hile sta nd ing on the foot platform, release the parkin g brake.

8 • Before atte m pting t o start the engine, f ollow all starting i nstructions below an d i n the engine op erator’s m anual. • Look be hind bef ore backing up. • Before lea v ing the operator’s pos i ti on, even m o m en taril y, turn off the blade clutch enga gement sw i tch and apply the parki ng brake.
9 Operation on Slopes DO NOT operate on stee p slopes . Do not opera te t he m owe r on slopes steepe r t han you can f eel se cure about the traction o f t he tires and the s tabili ty o f t he m owe r. Do not opera te the mow er on slope s at all whe n the grass is w et.
10 Replacement Parts Use of parts other than specified p arts supplied by Wright Manu f acturing, Inc. may compromise the safe use o f the mower, are not reco mm ended and their use could void the warranty. Always check with y o ur Deale r or t he W right Mfg website for t h e latest Illustrated Parts List f or your equipment.
