Pull out the dispenser drawer until it stops. Measure out the amount of detergent required, pour it into the main wash compartme nt or in the appropriate com- partment if the selecte d programme/option it require s (see more details in "D etergent dispen ser drawer").
Altering an option or a running programme It is possi ble to chan ge so me options before the pro- gramme carries them out. Before yo u make any change , you must PAUSE the ap- pliance by pre ssing the button 5 . Changing a running progr amme is possible only by re- setting it.
Rust: oxalic acid dissolved in hot wa ter or a rust rem oving product used cold. Be ca reful with rust stains which are not recent since the cellulose structure will already have been damaged and the fabric tends to hole. Mould stains: treat with bleach, rinse w ell (whites and fast coloureds o nly).

Problem Possible cau se/Solution The washing machine d oes not st art: The door has not been closed (the button 5 red light blinks). • Close the door firmly. The plug is not properly in serted in the power socket. • Insert the plug into the power socket.
