• Do not change the specifications or modify this prod- uct. Risk of injury and dam age to the applia nce. • Do not use the appliance: – if the main s cable or water hoses are damag ed, – if the control pane l, workto p or plinth area are dam- aged, that you can get acces s to the inn er side of the applia nce.
Programme knob and on/off indicator light • To set a wa shing programme, turn the programme knob clockwise or anticloc kwise. The programme marker on the prog ramme knob must agree with one of the washing programmes on the control panel. – The on/off indicator light co mes on (position ON).

1 2 3 Fill the salt container with 1 litre of water (only the first operation). 4 5 6 It is normal that water overflows from the salt con- tainer when you fill it with salt. Make sure that there is no grain of salt outer of the salt compartment. Salt whic h s tays on the tank for a while drills the tank.
Caution! Do not fill the rins e aid dispenser with other products (e.g. dish w asher cleani ng agent, liquid detergent). There is a risk of damage to t he appliance. Adjusting the dosage of rinse aid The rinse aid dial i s set at the factory at position 4.

5 6 Different brands of detergent dissolve in different times. Some detergent tablets do not ha ve the best cleaning results during sh ort washing programmes. Use long washing pr ogrammes when you use deter gent tab- lets to fully remove the detergent.
Do not open the door during the c ountdown to pre- vent interruption of th e countdown. When you close the door again, the co untdown continues from the point of interruption. Cancelling a delay start: 1. Press and hold the start/cancel button until, the start/ cancel indicator light and de lay start indica tor light go off.
External cleaning Clean the ext ernal surfa ces of the app liance and con trol panel with a da mp soft cloth. Only us e neutral detergents. Do not use abrasive products, scouring pads or solvents (acetone, trichloroe thylene etc...). Frost precautions Caution! Do not instal l the appliance whe re the temperature is below 0 °C.
Fault code and malfunc tion Possib le cause and sol ution The programme does not start • The appliance door is not closed. Close the door. • Mains plug is not connecte d in. Put in the mains. • The fuse has blown out in the household fuse box. Replace th e fuse.

3 4 Install the appliance work top to the appliance if you want to use th e dishwasher as a freesta nding appl iance. The plinth on freestanding appliance is not adjusta ble. Adjusting the level of the appliance Make sure t hat the app liance is le vel to clo se and seal the door correctly.
Electrical connection Warning! The manufac turer is not responsible if you do not follow these s afety precautions. Ground the appliance ac cord ing to safety precau tions. Make sure that the rated voltage and type of power on the rating plate agree with the voltage and the power of the local power supply.
