Cleaning the drawer re cess Having removed the draw- er, use a sma ll brush to clean the re cess, ensurin g that all washing powde r residue is r emoved from the upper and lower part of the recess. Replace the drawer and run the ri nse programme with- out any clot hes in the drum .
• Unscrew the hose from the machine . Keep a rag nearby becau se some water may flow. • Clean the filter in the valve with a stiff brush or with the piece of cloth. 35° 45° • Screw the hose ba ck to the machine and make sure the connection is tight.
Problem Possible cau se/Solution The washing machine d oes not sta rt: The door has not been closed (the button 5 red light blinks). • Close the door fi rmly. The plug is not properly in serted in the power socket. • Insert the plug into the pow er socket.
Problem Possible cau se/Solution There is water on the floor: Too much de tergent or unsuita ble deterg ent (creates too much foam) has been used. • Reduce the detergent quantity or us e another one. Check whether the re are any leaks from on e of the inlet hose fittings.
Problem Possible cau se/Solution Spinning starts late or the ma chine does not spin: The electronic unbala nce detection devic e has cut in becaus e the laundry is not evenly distributed in the drum. The laundry is redistribu ted by reverse rotation of the drum.
