7 For You r Safety Gen eral Sa fety Don’t ma ke or r eceive handheld calls whi le driving. And never text while driving. Don’t use at pet r ol stations. Keep your phone at least 15 mm away from y o ur ear or bod y while making calls. Your phone may produce a bright or flashing light.
8 Switch off when nea r explosive materials or liquids. Only use approved accessories. Don’t rely on your phone for emergen cy communications. To prevent possible hear ing damage, do not list e n at high volume levels for long periods.

Use the special feat ures which are designed to minimize the times of pressing butto ns, such as Message Te m pl ates and Predictive Text.

Calling fr om Your Contacts 1. Press H ome key> tap > Contacts . 2. Slide your finger to scroll t he contacts list and tap th e c o ntact you want to call.

27 Sending a Mes s a ge 1. Press H ome key > tap > Messaging . 2. Tap Compose n ew message . 3. Enter th e recipient’s n um ber o r n ame. As y o u t ype , matching contacts will appe ar. T ap a suggested conta ct to add as a recipient. You can also tap to select r e cipients from th e contacts.

To view it, just tap the pi ctur e i n the right corner of the screen. NOTE: You m ust insert t he memory card befo r e you use the camera.
34 To tune in, plug your h ea dset into your phone. P ress H ome key > tap > FM Radio. Playing Y our Mu sic You can play digital au dio files fro m y o ur phone’s me mor y card in Music . Before playing music, you need to cop y music files to memory card locatio n.

39 Disabling Screen U nlock S ec u rity If you have created a n unlo c k p attern, PIN or passw ord, y o u can disable it. 1. Press Home key > tap > Settings > Security > Change screen l ock . 2. Draw the sc r een unlock p attern o r enter y ou r PIN/ p assword y ou have created.
40 Setting up Credential St orage This lets you selec t app lica tions to acc ess secure certif icates and other cred entia ls. Enabling S ecure Credentials 1. Press H ome key > tap > Settings > Sec u rity . 2. Tap Se t password and crea t e a pa ssword f or the cre de ntial storag e .

Movin g an App lication You can move the applic ations downlo ade d o r installed on your phone to the memo r y card when the phone m em o ry is full . You can also move applicatio ns to your phone if th e memory ca r d is getting full.
43 Othe r Application s Alarms 1. Press H ome key > tap > Clock . 2. Tap the def ault alar m to c o nfigure it. Or to create a n ew alarm, tap Menu Ke y > Add alarm . When using the clo c k, use the following function: ● C l ick to ente r t he alarm screen.
