Vantage Access User’s Guide 75 C HAPTER 3 The Web Configurator This chapter provides the minimum requirements to use the web configurator, describes how to access the web configurator, and explains each part of the main screen in the web configurator .
Chapter 3 The Web Configurator Vantage Access User’s Guide 76 2 Open a web browser , and enter “http://a.b.c.d”, wher e “a.b.c.d” is the IP address of the V antage Access server (for example, http://10.10.10.1). If you open the web configurator on the same computer V antage Access is instal led, you can also enter “http://localhost”.

" By default, if you enter the wrong p assword three times for a user name, you have to wait for 10 minutes before V antage Access allows yo u to log in again with the same user name.

Use the device window to view the logical netw ork topology , search for a device, view general device status or select wh ich device(s) you want to edit configuration settings.
