H4433pr-0920 9 BA TTERY CHARGING F H0440pr-0920 E Battery Charger Connector A B • Plug the charger connector into the battery A . • Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet B . Note: If power flow to the wall outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is “ON”.
10 ASSEMBL Y F H0440pr-0920 2 Hint: There is a right and a left front wheel. Place the right wheel (marked R) on the passenger side of the vehicle, and the left wheel (marked L) on the driver side of the vehicle. • Place a front wheel onto each front axle.
H4433pr-0920 11 ASSEMBL Y F H0440pr-0920 6 • Fit the front end onto the vehicle. • Insert the tabs on the back edge of the front end into the slots in the vehicle. Front End V ehicle 7 • Insert two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws through the front end and into the vehicle.
H4433pr-0920 12 ASSEMBL Y F H0440pr-0920 10 • Insert seven #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the bumper and tighten. Bumper 11 • Fit the grille onto the bumper . • Push down to fit the tabs on the grille into the slots in the bumper . Bumper Grille 12 • Insert two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws the top of the grille.
13 ASSEMBL Y F H0440pr-0920 14 • Fit the headlights (left and right) onto the bumper . Headlights 15 • Insert two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the top edge of each headlight. Tighten the screws. Headlights 16 • Fit the door pegs onto the holes near the front end of the vehicle.
14 ASSEMBL Y F H0440pr-0920 18 • Insert three #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into each plate and tighten. 19 • Separate the radio and dash connector wires from the motor harness connector . • Position the motor harness connector towards the front of the vehicle and into the battery compartment.
ASSEMBL Y F H0440pr-0920 15 22 • Insert four #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the base of the windshield/dash. Tighten the screws. 23 • Insert two #8 x 3 / 4 " screws into the sides of the windshield/dash. Tighten the screws. • Close the doors on the vehicle.
16 ASSEMBL Y F H0440pr-0920 26 • Insert a #8-32 x 3 / 4 " screw through the hole in the end of the steering column. • Attach a #8-32 lock nut (rounded side out) on the end of the screw . • While holding the lock nut with the open end of the assembly tool, tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver .
ASSEMBL Y F 17 H0440pr-0920 • Locate the FM Radio/Simulated CD Player/Digital Clock on the dash. • Loosen both screws in the battery compartment door . • Remove the battery compartment door . • Insert four , new "C" (LR14) alkaline batteries.
18 ASSEMBL Y F 32 • Insert the fastener end of a short seat belt strap through the slot near the outer edge of the seat. Make sure the side of the seat belt with the fastener faces the outer edge of the seat.
ASSEMBL Y F 35 • Before applying the labels, wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils. • First apply the inside edge of a label to the back end of the vehicle. Next, apply the outside edge of the label to the side of the vehicle.
20 ASSEMBL Y F 39 • Position the speaker box assembly over the back end of the vehicle. • Plug both speaker connectors together . Hint: If the connectors do not fit together , do not force them. Simply turn one of them over and try again! 40 • Fit the speaker box assembly onto the vehicle.
Proper label application will help to keep the labels looking their best! When applying labels, keep the following guidelines i n mind: • W ash your hands before applying the labels. • Before applying the labels, wipe the surface of the vehicle with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust or oils.

FM RADIO/SIMULA TED CD PLA YER/ DIGIT AL CLOCK/MICROPHONE USE 27 H0440pr-0920 L Power/V olume • Press the power button to turn on or off. • T urn the volume dial to adjust to a comfortable listening level. Hint: The FM Radio will turn of f automatically after about one hour of non-use.
