iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide 1 Open the GPS Antenna T o navigate with your iQue 3000, press the Power button on the top of the iQue to turn it on. Gently pull the antenna up until it is parallel to the ground. Acquire Satellite Signals Go outdoors where you have a clear view of the sky to acquire satellite signals.

6 iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide F IND Search Near Other Places When searching for a place, you can narrow your search by touching Near . T ouch Where to? > Near . Select an option. Then touch Done . ➊ ➋ Near Current Location —your iQue 3000 automatically uses this option.

T ouch Where to? > Food, Hotels... . ➋ Y ou can also find by spelling in any search category . Select the place from the list. ➌ Enter all or part of the name of the place and touch Done .

iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide 1 1 S A VE P LACES Assign a GPS Location Y ou can assign a “GPS location” to any entry in your Address Book. Then, you can create a route directly to that entry . Address Book entries that already have a GPS location assigned to them are marked with flags.
12 iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide S A VE P LACES Route from the Address Book After you assign a GPS location to an entry in the Address Book, you can easily create a route to it. ➊ In the Address Book, tap the flag next to the entry you want to route to.
iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide 13 S A VE P LACES Route from the Date Book Y ou can assign a GPS location to an appointment in your Date Book and route to it. ➌ ➋ ➊ T ap the Que menu. Then tap Set Location . T o route to the appointment, tap the flag.
14 iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide Route to Home Y ou can save a special place in My Locations called Home. Then, you can easily route to Home. T ouch Where to? > Home . ➊ Select an option. ➋ After you set your Home Location, you can route home by touching Where to? > Home .
iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide 15 R OUTES T ake a Detour If you need to take a detour from your current route, select Detour from the main page. The iQue calculates a new route and provides you with new instructions. The iQue 3000 attempts to get you back on your original route as soon as possible.
16 iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide R OUTES Add Stops to Y our Route Y ou can add extra stops, called via points, to your route. Enter the places you want to go, and the iQue 3000 can determine the most logical order for your stops. Y ou must have an active route to add a via point.
iQue ® 3000 Quick Reference Guide 17 R OUTES Rearrange Stops After you add stops to your route, you can arrange the order of the stops. From the main menu, touch T ools > Route Details . Then touch Edit . T ouch Sort to arrange the points automatically .
