ELECTRICAL SAFETY 4. Grounded adapters/chargers must be plugged into an outlet properly in stalled and grounded in accordance with all codes and ordinances. Never remove the gr ounding prong or modify the plug in an y way . Do not use any adapter plugs.
12. A v oid accidental star ting. Be sure the T rigg er is off before plug ging in. Carr ying pow er tools with your finger on the T r igger , or adding a batter y with the T r igger depressed, invites accidents . 13. Remove adjusting ke ys or wrenches before turning the po wer tool on.

GROUNDING W ARNING! Improperly connecting the grounding wire can result in the risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded. Do not modify the power cord plug provided with the tool.

They ha ve a special double insulation system which satisfies OSHA requirements and complies with the applicable standards of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.
6. If you are using an extension cord outdoors, make sure it is marked with the suffix “W-A” (“W” in Canada) to indicate it is acceptable f or outdoor use.
