11 Rip fence (Guide rule) The handy rip fence allows y ou to do extr a-accurate straight cuts. Simply slide the rip fence up sn ugly against the side of the workpiece and secure it in position with the screw on the front of the base. It also mak es repeated cuts of uniform width possible .
12 Use a screwdriv er to remove the brush holder caps. T ake out the worn carbon br ushes , inser t the new ones and secure the brush holder caps. After replacing brushes, plug in the tool and break in brushes by running tool with no load f or about 10 minutes.
