ii Safety Instructions for Displ ay Monitors 1. The AC p lug isolates this equipm ent from the AC Po wer supply. 2. Unplug the monitor from the wall outlet b efore cleaning. D o not use liquid cleaners or aerosol clea ners. Use a da mp cloth for clea ning.

2 9 Easy to Use On Screen Disp lay The On-Screen Displa y (OSD) allows you to adjust a ll settings simply with on-screen menus. 9 Power Saving Func tion The power management comp lies with VESA DP MS standar d. When the system is idle (off mode), the moni tor automatically c uts its power consumption up to 9 5%.
3 Getting Star ted Insta lling the Monitor This monitor i s equ ipped wi th an au tosen sin g powe r suppl y for voltage ranges 100~240V AC , 50~60Hz. To insta ll the monitor : 1. Make sure that the system power is turned off. 2. Please refer to the inst ructi ons be low to connect the signal ca ble thro ugh D-SUB .
4 Connecting throug h D-SUB sig nal connector 1. Ma ke sure tha t the system power is turned off. 2. C onnect the computer end of the D-SUB cable to the 15-pi n output connector on the video board of your computer.

6 Selecting function and making ad justments 1) Contrast hot-key mode 1. Press to enter contrast hot-key mode 2. Press or to adjust the setting. 2) Brightnes s hot-k ey mode 1. Press to enter brightness hot-k ey mode. 2. Press or to adjust the setting.

Parallelogram : aligns the top and bottom edges of the imag e. T op corn er : adjusts the ed ge curvat ure at the top cor ners of the image.
10 4. Recall geometry preset setting Locate and pre ss Ente r to reca ll the preset settings. The wor d “Recall” will keep blinking on t he screen in the process of recall. T his page is also a “stat us display” that shows current horizonta l and ver tical freq uencies.
