2 9 Power Saving Function The power ma nagement complies with V ESA DPMS sta ndard . When the system is idle (off mode), the monitor automati cally cuts its power c onsumption up to 95%. 9 Green Commitment No CFC s ar e used in the ma nufacturing pr ocess of your monitor.
3 Getting Star ted Installin g the Monitor This mon itor is e quipped wi th an autos ensin g power s upply for voltage range s 100~240V AC , 50~60Hz. To insta ll the monitor : 1. Make sure tha t the system p ower is turned off. 2. Please re fer to the in structi ons below to connect the signal cab le through D -SUB .
4 Connecting throug h D-SUB signal connector 1. Make sure tha t the system power is turned off. 2. Connect the computer end of the D-SUB cable to the 15-pin output connector on the video board of your computer.
5 A djusting the Monitor Control Functions The monitor d igital contr ol functions ar e located on t he front pa nel (see the illustration below). They a re describ ed in the following sect ions. 1. Power Switch Pincushion Horizontal Size 2. Adjust Verti cal Center Contrast 3.
6 Select / Adjust Press the SELECT + or - button to cycle thr ough the adjust ment options to choose H-Phase, H-Size, V-C enter, V-Size, Contr ast, Brightness, T rapezoid , Pincushion a nd Rotation. And then press AD J U ST + or - button to change the settings.
