PRECAUTIONS WA RN IN G Do not try lighting this appliance without reading the “LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS” section of this manual. TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WI T H ANSI Z21.58b CSA 1.6b-2006 STANDARD FOR OUTDOOR COOKING GAS APPLIANCE. THIS GRILL IS FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY.
PRECAUTION LP-Gas Supply System A 20lbs tank of approximately 1/4 inches in diameter by 18-1/4 inches high is the maximum size LP gas tank to use. This safety feature prevents the tank from being overfilled, which can cause malfunction of the LP gas tank, regulator and/or grill.
PRECAUTIONS WARNING Your grill will get very hot. Never lean over the cooking area while using y our grill. Do not touch cooking surfaces, grill housing, lid or any other grill parts while the grill is in operation, or until the gas grill has cooled down after use.
PRECAUTIONS Do not heat unopened food containers . A build- up of pressure may cause the containers to burst. Use a co vered hand when opening the gril l lid. Never lean over an open gr ill. When lighting a burne r, pay close a ttention to what you are doin g .
The scre ws used to attach the s ide shelf are a lready scre wed into the left side she lf and side burner (see the figu re below) . First remove the screw s from the left side she lf and side burner bo wl, then attach left side shelf and s ide burner to firebox or car t-leg and tighten all the screws as in the figure shown below.

SIDE SHELF PUSH BAR ASSEMBLY Required tools: Philips Scre wdriver (not included) 1. Remove the four side handle screws fr om the side of the she lf. 2. Align the holes in the s ide shelf handle wi th the holes in the shel f. 3. Insert the fix p ieces and the screws then tighten them.

SIDE BURNER LID BrACKET ASSEMBLY First r emove the sc rews from side burne r lid. Then attach side burner bracket w ith side burner frame as shown belo w from top to bottom with three washers and screws .
100 200 300 400 500 600 700 800 In order to install the battery, remove the ignition bu tton housing. Please keep the pos itive pole of the battery facing toward you. Insert the batte ry into the housing. Replace the ignition button hous ing after battery is installed.
PROPANE TANK ASSEMBLY Attach regulator to the propane tank by tu rning the regulator handle cl ockwise (F IGURE A). Turn off LP supply at c ylinder when appliance is not in use. g O P E N C L O S E (FIGURE A) Put the gas tank into bottom panel. Then tighten up the gas tank retention kit for fixing the gas tank as shown in below .
GAS HOOK UP NEVER CONNECT AN UNREGULATED GAS SUPPLY LINE TO THE APPLIANCE. USE THE REGULATOR/HOSE ASSEMBLY SUPPLIED. This is a liquid propan e config ured grill. Do not attempt to use a natural gas supply unless the grill has been reconfig ured for natural gas use.
GAS HOOK-UP 5. When connecting regu lator asse mbly to the valve, hand tighten the quick coupling nut cloc kwise to a complete stop. Do not use a wrench to tighten . Use of a w rench may da mage the quick coupling nut and result in a hazardous condition.
LEAK TESTING GENERAL Although all gas connections on the grill are leak tested at the factor y prio r to shipmen t, a comple te gas tightness check must be per formed a t the installation s ite due to possible mishandling in shipment, or exce ssiv e pressure un kno win gly bei ng applied to the unit.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION: PLEASE TAKE OF F THE WARMING RACK WHEN USING THE ROTIS BURNER. THE HIGH HEAT COMING FROM THE ROTIS BURNER MAY CAUSE THE WARMING RACK TO BEND. GRILL LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS WARNING: IMPO RTANT! BEFORE LIGHTING… Inspect the gas supply hose prior to turning the gas “ON”.
GRILL LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS TO LIGHT THE GR ILL BURNER: Make sure all knobs are “OFF ” then turn on the gas supply from the LP tank. Always keep your face and body as far from the grill as possible when lighting. Your stainl ess steel grill has an exclusive pat ent ed built-in ignition.
TO MATCH LIGHT THE GRILL 1. If the burner will not light af ter several at tempts then t he burner can be m atch lit. 2. If you’ ve just atte mpted to ligh t the burner with the ignite r, allow 5 mi nutes fo r any accumu lated gas to diss ipate. Keep your face and hands as far awa y from the g rill as poss ible.
GRILL LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS FLAME CHARACTERISTICS Check for proper burner flame characteristics. Burner flames should be blue and stabl e with no yellow tips, excessive noise, or lifting. If any of these conditions exist call our customer service line.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE STAINLESS STEEL The grill is m ade from non-rusting and non- magnetic stainless steel. The re are many different stainless steel cleaners available. Always use the mildest clean ing procedure first, scrubbing in the direction of the grain.

TROUBLE SHOOTING SPIDER AND INSECT WARNING!!! Spiders and small insects occasionally sp in webs or make nests in the grill burner tubes during transit and warehousing. These webs can lead to gas flow obstruction which could resu lt in a fire in and around burner tubes.
TROUBLE SHOOTING PROBLEMS Grill won’t light when the control knob is rotated. CHECK LIST WHAT TO DO Check to see if LP tank is empty. Clean wi re(s) and /or electrode by rubbing w ith alcohol and clean swab. Wipe with dry cloth. Make sure the wire is connected to electr ode assembly.
