6 4 3 Attach on e Leg Top Support (C7) between t h e le f t legs usin g th e 1/4-20UNCx 12 B olts (D8 x 6pcs ). Repeat abo ve process f or t h e ot h er leg top support.
7 In se rt M6x 95 B o l ts (D 4x 8 p cs ) th rou gh th e t r oll ey l egs , th e Sp a c er s ( D5x 8p c s ), an d kee p th e ti p of th e bolts i nside the spacers . W hil e h old ing the barbecue body into pos ition (2 people required), screw th e bolt s into the barbecue body as shown.
8 Attach Drip Tray Left B racket (B10) to barbec u e bod y using M5x15 Bolts (D 1x2pcs), W ashers (D2 x 2pcs) and M5 Nuts (D3 x 2pc s) a s show n. Repeat above proc ess f or Drip Tray R ig ht Bracket (B 11). NOTE: Ensure that t h e big tabs of t he brakets w h ic h stop t he drip tray ar e located at the front of t he barbecue.
9 Rem ove th e pla sti c wrap f rom th e Lava Rock (B3) and th en place a uniform layer in to Lava Rock Basket (B4). Lay th e lav a rock caref ully into the body ensuring it lies level within t h e body. Lay the cooking grill (B1) and gridd le (B2) into place.
