Also make sure the riving knife is not thi cker than the width of the saw cut, and that it is not thinner than the bo dy of the saw blade.

Remove the saw blade (18) fro m the saw shaf t and lift it up to remove it fro m the machine. Remove the shaft nu t (E4) and th e inner saw flange (E3) fro m t he saw s haft.
