1 This User Guide c overs a number of dieren t models. Although some of the illustra tions will look dierent t o your particular model the functions will b e the same. W e hope the meaning is clear . Y our cooker should give you man y years of trouble-free cooking if installed and operated correctly .
2 DO NO T use a steam cleaner on your cooker . Always be c er tain that the controls are in the OFF position when the oven is not in use , and before attempting to clean the cooker . When the ov ens are on, DO NOT open the doors for longer than necessary to insert and remove conten ts.
3 The 90 dual fuel cooker (F ig.2-1) has the following f eatures: A. 5 hotplate burners including: – A wok burner (Classic & T oledo models) or – A high burner (Rangemaster model) B. Control panel C. Grill D. Main fan oven E. T all fan ov en F.
4 ArtNo.31 1-0002 Pan with rim The igniter should spark and light the gas . Keep holding the knob pressed in to let the gas through to the burner for about ten seconds. If, when y ou let go of the control knob, the burner goes out, then the FSD has not been bypassed.

14 Cleaning T able Cleaners listed (T able 5-1) are available fr om super markets or electrical retailers as stated. F or enamelled sur faces use a cleaner that is approved f or use on vitreous enamel. Regular cleaning is recommended. F or easier cleaning, wipe up any spillages immediately .
15 Hotplate ignition or hotplat e burners fault y Is the power on? Is the clock illuminat ed? If not, there maybe something wrong with the po wer supply . Are the sparker (ignition electrode) or burner slots blocked by debris? Are the burner trim and caps correctly located? See the section on ‘Cleaning’ .
16 An ov en light is not working The bulb has probably burnt out. Y ou can buy a replacement bulb (which is not c over ed under the warranty) from a good electrical shop. Ask f or a 15 W – 230 V lamp, FOR OVENS. It must be a special bulb , heat resistant to 300 °C (Fig.
